Really lovely experience there. Fairly clean hotel with marvellous and fab location in Picton just off Bay Vista Waterfront Motel for the wonderful views, and Victoria Domain. Extremely comfy beds and satellite TV, central heating and an individual safe.

Fairly clean venue and very welcoming employees. Huge and neat units available with most beautiful view as well as queen bed. A good choice of nice options for meal. What a superb stay, no reason to complain.

The staff was caring and attentive. The motel boasts magnificent views of the lake. The setting is stunning and lovely. The location is conveniently close to the regular ferries and the train station.

Spending Christmas at this cozy motel with stunning water views was an experience to remember. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants and activities. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a delicious Christmas dinner. We especially enjoyed lounging on the terrace, soaking up the sun and watching the ships pass by.

We did have a few issues during our stay. The heating system was not adequate for the chilly nights, and we had trouble keeping warm.

During our stay, the location of our room provided us with stunning views of the bay, with mist hovering over the water during the morning and beautiful light in the evening. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort, pre-warming the room and accommodating our late check-in. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely, warm bed. The motel also had private beach access and a nearby bar/restaurant within walking distance.

The hotel lacked a coffee table or small table to place our coffee cups on, and there was some difficulty in operating the radio or Bluetooth unit in the room.

Had a great time at a place that felt like a second home. Everything was perfect - the birdsong early in the morning, the creek near the house, and the hills that we could roll down. Plus, the spacious three-bedroom house was super comfortable and had everything a family like us could need. We also loved the fact that it was an easy walk to the beach and that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complementary service only added to the already wonderful experience, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While we enjoyed our time at the place, we did find a couple of things that could be improved. there was no coffee table in the house and nowhere to place our coffee cups.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay outside of the touristy places.
